56 Control declarations—measures restricting movement of people
(1)
A control declaration must not prohibit, regulate, control or require the movement of a person.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not prevent a control measure being imposed in relation to any biosecurity matter, premises, area, activity or thing that has an impact on the movement of a person but is not imposed for the purpose of restricting the movement of the person.
