86 Offences—fail to comply with group exemption condition
(1)
A person who engages in conduct under the authority of a group exemption must comply with the conditions of the group exemption.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person engages in conduct under the authority of a group exemption; and
(b)
the group exemption is subject to a condition; and
(c)
the person intentionally or negligently fails to comply with the condition.
Maximum penalty: 1 000 penalty units.
(3)
An offence against subsection (1) is a strict liability offence.
