Review of refusal to issue certificate

Current

(1)

Within 1 month after the day the board receives an application under section 26A, the chair of the board must set up a committee to advise the board about the application.

(2)

As soon as practicable after the board receives advice from the committee, the board must review its decision and either—

(a)

confirm the refusal; or

(b)

issue the certificate.

(3)

The board must tell the applicant, in writing, of its decision.
