29 Register of courses
(1)
The board must keep a register of courses (the register).
(2)
The board must enter in the register details of the following:
(a)
courses that the board has accredited;
(b)
courses that the board has registered;
(c)
anything else decided by the board.
(3)
The register must be kept in the form the board decides.
(4)
The register must be available for inspection by the public during ordinary office hours at a place decided by the chair of the board.
