4 Establishment of board
(1)
The Board of Senior Secondary Studies is established.
Note
The Legislation Act, dict, pt 1, defines establish as including continue in existence.
(2)
The board—
(a)
is a corporation; and
(b)
may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and
(c)
may have a seal.
(3)
The board represents the Territory when exercising its functions, unless this Act or another territory law otherwise provides.
