127M Referral of dispute
(1)
A residential building dispute may be referred to the administrator by—
(a)
the Australian Capital Territory Construction Occupations Registrar under the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Act 2004, section 123 (1) (c); or
(b)
the Commissioner for Fair Trading under the Fair Trading (Australian Consumer Law) Act 1992.
(2)
The administrator may refuse a referral if satisfied, on reasonable grounds, that the dispute is more appropriately addressed by another entity.
