48B Offence—false or misleading information in building manual
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person gives a certifier a draft building manual for approval under section 48A; and
(b)
the draft manual contains information that is false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
