83I Failure to comply with exemption certificate conditions
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person is the owner of premises on which a regulated swimming pool is located; and
(b)
a Ministerial exemption applies to the pool; and
(c)
the person fails to comply with a condition of the exemption.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
