Keeping of records

(1)

The casino licensee commits an offence if the licensee does not—

(a)

keep records of all transactions carried out, and all business of the licensee, in relation to the operation of the casino or the control agreement; and

(b)

keep the records for at least 7 years after they are made.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

(2)

An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
