24 Period of casino licence
(1)
The casino licence remains in force—
(a)
from the day of issue until the end of the expiry date stated in the licence; or
(b)
if the licence is surrendered or cancelled before the expiry date—until the end of the day when the licence is surrendered or cancelled.
(2)
However, if the casino licence is suspended, it is not in force for the period of the suspension.
