Criteria for disciplinary action against casino licensee

In force

(1)

In deciding whether disciplinary action should be taken, or what disciplinary action should be taken, against the casino licensee, the commission must consider the following:

(a)

whether disciplinary action has previously been taken against the casino licensee;

(b)

whether the ground for which the disciplinary action is to be taken endangered the public or the public interest;

(c)

the seriousness of the ground for disciplinary action;

(d)

the likelihood of further disciplinary action needing to be taken against the casino licensee.

(2)

The commission may also consider any other relevant matter.
