Excluded person not to enter casino

In force

(1)

A person who is excluded from entering or remaining in the casino by a notice under section 82 (Exclusion by casino official) must not enter or remain in the casino.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

(2)

An offence against subsection (1) is a strict liability offence.

(3)

A person who is excluded from entering or remaining in the casino by a notice under section 84 (Exclusion by chief police officer or commission) must not enter or remain in the casino.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
