33 Interment—term
The term of the interment of cremated remains at a facility starts on the day the remains are interred and ends on the earlier of—
(a)
if the remains are disinterred from the site in accordance with section 34 or section 35—the day the remains are disinterred; or
(b)
continues in perpetuity.
