46 Offence—operating facility not in accordance with licence
(1)
A person commits an offence if the person—
(a)
is the licensee of a facility; and
(b)
has been given a licence to operate the facility under division 4.2; and
(c)
does not operate the facility in accordance with the licence.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
