Amended or suspended licence—action by regulator

In force

(1)

This section applies if—

(a)

under this part—

(i)

a condition on a licence to operate a facility is imposed or amended; or

(ii)

a licence to operate a facility is suspended; and

(b)

the licence is returned to the regulator.

(2)

If a condition on the licence is imposed or amended, the regulator must—

(a)

return the amended licence to the licensee; or

(b)

give the licensee a replacement licence that includes the amendment.

(3)

If the licence is suspended, and the suspension ends before the end of the term of the licence, the regulator must return the licence to the licensee when the suspension ends.
