55 Exemption—publications, films, computer games or advertisements
(1)
The Minister or director may, on application, by notice, exempt a film, publication, computer game or advertisement specified in the notice from the provisions of this Act specified in the notice.
(2)
An exemption under subsection (1) is subject to the conditions (if any) specified in the notice.
