The following areas are prescribed:
the division of Hume in Tuggeranong District;
the division of Fyshwick in Canberra Central District;
the division of Mitchell in Gungahlin District.
For the Act, section 61 (4), a notice must contain the words ‘RESTRICTED PUBLICATIONS AREA—PERSONS UNDER EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE MAY NOT ENTER. THE PUBLIC IS WARNED THAT SOME MATERIAL DISPLAYED HEREIN MAY CAUSE OFFENCE.’ written clearly in legible letters that are not less than 15mm in height and of a colour that contrasts with the colour of the background of the notice.
