14B Decision not to investigate complaint—annual reporting requirement
(1)
This section applies if, in a reporting year, the commissioner decides not to investigate a complaint.
(2)
The commissioner must include details of the decision, including the reasons for the decision, in the report for the reporting year prepared by the commissioner under the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004.
