Information to be included in commissioner’s annual report

Current

A report prepared by the commissioner under the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004 for a reporting year must include details of—

(a)

any special factor that the commissioner believes had a significant impact on the environment during the year; and

(b)

measures taken during the year by or for the Territory in relation to the implementation of any recommendation in a state of the environment report or a special report; and

(c)

any recommendation in a report mentioned in paragraph (b) that the commissioner believes is still to be implemented or fully implemented.
