16 Request to register community title scheme
(1)
The developer of a community title scheme may lodge with the registrar-general a request for registration of the scheme.
(2)
The request must be accompanied by (in addition to documents required under the Land Titles Act 1925) the scheme documents endorsed by the territory planning authority under section 14 (Endorsement of community title plan for registration).
