Request to register amendment

In force

(1)

The developer of a community title scheme may lodge with the registrar-general a request for registration of an amendment of the scheme.

(2)

The request must be accompanied by (in addition to documents required under the Land Titles Act 1925)—

(a)

the proposed scheme as amended, indicating the amendments; and

(b)

the authorisation of the amendment under section 23 (Authorisation of amendment).

Note

The amendment may only be registered if the certification or verification requirements under the Land Titles Act 1925, s 48BA, s 48BB or s 48BC are met.
