55 Roll to be kept by body corporate
The body corporate must keep a roll containing the following particulars:
the plan number allotted by the registrar-general;
the name and address of the owner of each lot in the scheme that is not common property;
the name and address of any agent employed by the body corporate to carry out any of its functions in relation to the scheme;
the name and address of any sublessee of a lot in the scheme that has been notified to the body corporate;
the name and address of any mortgagee in possession of a lot in the scheme that has been notified to the body corporate.
The roll must be based on the best information reasonably available to the body corporate.
The roll must be kept in the form of a written record or a computer record from which a written record may be generated.
