Assignment of land under scheme

In force

If the owner of land to which this division applies proposes to sell or dispose of the land—

(a)

the owner must give written notice of the proposed transaction to the territory planning authority; and

(b)

the person who is to acquire title to the land by the transaction must—

(i)

give to the territory planning authority a written undertaking to develop the land in accordance with the relevant community title scheme; and

(ii)

give the authority any security required by the authority, within 28 days after notice of the transaction was given to the authority, for the development of the land in accordance with the scheme.
