12A What is a gas appliance worker?
(1)
A gas appliance worker is an entity that provides, has provided or proposes to provide a gas appliance service.
(2)
A gas appliance service is the doing or supervising of type A gas appliance work or type B gas appliance work.
(3)

type A gas appliance work—see the Gas Safety Act 2000, section 6B.
type B gas appliance work—see the Gas Safety Act 2000, section 6C.
