Division 3.1General
21 Licence conditions
(1)
The regulations may prescribe—
(a)
conditions on licences; and
(b)
when conditions on licences (whether imposed under the regulations or by the registrar) take effect.
(2)
The registrar may also impose a condition on a licence by written notice given to the licensee if satisfied it is necessary or desirable to protect the public, unless a regulation provides otherwise.
