Cancellation of licence following automatic suspension

In force

(1)

This section applies if a licensee’s licence has been automatically suspended under this division.

(2)

If the registrar is satisfied on reasonable grounds that the cause of the suspension still exists at the end of 3 months after the date the registrar became aware of the cause of suspension, the registrar may cancel the licensee’s licence.
