Registered controlled sports official must tell registrar about convictions etc

(1)

This section applies if a registered controlled sports official is convicted or found guilty of an offence mentioned in section 13 (2).

(2)

The official must tell the registrar, in writing, about the conviction or finding of guilt as soon as possible but before the person participates as a registered controlled sports official at a registered event.
