55 Referee may stop a registered event
A registered referee may stop a registered event, or any contest at the event, at any time if the referee believes on reasonable grounds that—
(a)
the health or wellbeing of any person at the event is at risk; or
(b)
stopping the event is necessary for public order.
Examples—health or wellbeing at risk head injury, fatigue or exhaustion, broken bone, open wound, significant blood loss
