Meaning of controlled sport—Act, s 7, def controlled sport, par (b) (ii)

Current

A sport or activity is not a combat sport if—

(a)

the sport or activity is not likely to involve forceful contact with a person’s head, neck, spine or groin; and

(b)

the sport or activity is carried out solely for entertainment purposes; and

(c)

the sport or activity includes—

(i)

movements that are choreographed; or

(ii)

an outcome that is predetermined; and

(d)

there is no official score kept and no official winner recorded for the sport or activity.
