1402 Proceeding already being managed by court
(1)
If, under these rules, a particular judicial officer has been allocated to manage a proceeding—
(a)
the court may direct that all applications in relation to the proceeding, or the hearing of the proceeding, be heard and decided by the judicial officer; and
(b)
the judicial officer may monitor the proceeding to ensure that the parties comply with any directions given in the proceeding.
(2)
The court may make a direction under this rule on application by a party or on its own initiative.
Note
Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for a direction under this rule.
