1440 Removal of applications from ACAT to Supreme Court—application
This division applies if—
(a)
an application is made to the ACAT; and
(b)
the ACAT orders that the application be removed to the Supreme Court under the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, section 83.
