1451 Application because of failure to comply with rules
(1)
An application for an order under rule 1450 must be made—
(a)
within a reasonable time; and
(b)
before the applicant has taken any fresh step in the proceeding after becoming aware of the failure to comply with these rules.
(2)
The application must set out details of the failure to comply with these rules.
