1510 Associate etc to record hearing times
(1)
This rule applies only in relation to the Supreme Court.
(2)
The judicial officer’s associate or other officer present at a hearing of a proceeding must, on each day of the hearing, record the times when the hearing starts and ends.
(3)
If the costs of a party to the proceeding are to be assessed, the recorded times must be provided to the registrar for the assessment.
