1728 Costs—for application reserved
If the court reserves costs of an application in a proceeding, the costs reserved become costs in the cause, unless the court otherwise orders.
Note 1
Application in a proceeding is defined in r 6006.
Note 2
Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order otherwise ordering.
Note 3
If a proceeding is removed to the court from another court or tribunal, the costs up to the time of the removal must be assessed as if the proceeding had remained in the court from which it was removed (see r 1707 (Costs—proceeding removed to another court).
