2102 Enforcement hearing—limit on number of applications
(1)
An enforcement creditor may apply to the court for, and the court may order, 2 or more enforcement hearings for an enforcement debtor, whether in relation to the same order debt or different order debts.
(2)
However, the enforcement creditor must not make more than 1 application for an enforcement hearing for the enforcement debtor in relation to the same order debt within a 6-month period unless the court gives leave.
Note
Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for leave.
(3)
An application for leave must be accompanied by an affidavit in support of the application.
