2158 Instalment order—service
(1)
If the court makes an instalment order on the application of the enforcement creditor, the enforcement creditor must serve a sealed copy of the order on the enforcement debtor.
(2)
If the court makes an instalment order on the application of the enforcement debtor and in the absence of the enforcement creditor, the registrar must serve a sealed copy of the order on the enforcement creditor and the enforcement debtor.
(3)
If the court makes an instalment order on the filing in the court of an instalment order agreement, the registrar must serve a sealed copy of the order on the enforcement creditor and the enforcement debtor.
