2308 Debt redirection order—when debt redirected
(1)
A debt redirection order must be served on the third person to have effect.
(2)
On the service of the order, all debts then payable or accruing from the third person to the enforcement debtor are redirected in the hands of the third person to the enforcement creditor to the extent of the amount recoverable under in the order.
