260 Representation—orders bind represented people in estate or trust proceeding
(1)
This rule applies if a person (the appointed person) has been appointed under rule 259 (1) to represent another person or other people in a proceeding.
(2)
An order made in the proceeding is binding on everyone represented by the appointed person as if the represented person were a party to the proceeding.
