3070 Caveat—withdrawal if no pending proceeding for grant of representation etc
(1)
This rule applies to a caveat in relation to an estate if—
(a)
an application has not been made for grant of representation for the estate; or
(b)
the caveator is the sole applicant for grant of representation for the estate.
(2)
The caveator may withdraw the caveat by filing a notice of withdrawal in the court.

The caveat is withdrawn on the filing of the notice.
