3479 Foreign judgment—notice of registration
(1)
The judgment creditor under a registered judgment must, not later than 28 days after the day the judgment is registered, serve—
(a)
notice of the registration on the judgment debtor; and

(b)
a sealed copy of the order for registration; and
(c)
a stamped copy of the affidavit filed under rule 3474 (1) (c).
(2)
Unless the court otherwise orders, the notice and accompanying documents must be served personally.

Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order otherwise ordering.
