3947 Dispute resolution conference—time
The dispute resolution conference must be listed for a time—
(a)
if an answer to an application has been filed by the respondent or third-party respondent—not later than 3 months after the day the answer was filed; or
(b)
if 3 months has passed since the day the application was filed and no action has been taken by any party to the application—not later than 1 month after the 3 months has passed.
