4000 Criminal proceedings—application of expert witness code of conduct
Division 2.12.1 (Expert evidence generally) applies to a criminal proceeding as if—
(a)
a reference to a proceeding were a reference to a criminal proceeding; and
(b)
a reference to an active party were a reference to each party to the proceeding; and
(c)
any other necessary changes were made.
