5053 Appeals to Supreme Court—non-publication order
(1)
This rule applies if—
(a)
the court or tribunal appealed from made an order prohibiting the publication of a party’s name (the non-publication order); and
(b)
the non-publication order has not been discharged by the court or tribunal or by the Supreme Court.
(2)
For the appeal, the non-publication order remains in force as if it were an order of the Supreme Court, subject to any order of the Supreme Court.
Note
Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order under this rule.
(3)
In this rule:
party means a party to the proceeding in which the order appealed from was made.
