5134 Appeals to Supreme Court—filing and serving appeal papers
(1)
The appellant must file the appeal papers with a certificate, by the parties or their solicitors, stating that the papers have been examined and are correct.

The appellant must file the number of copies of the appeal papers, and serve stamped copies of them, as decided under rule 5131 (2) (d) (Appeals to Supreme Court—settlement of appeal papers).
