5302 Appeals to Court of Appeal—security for costs

Security for costs of an appeal is not required, unless the Court of Appeal otherwise orders.
Note
Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order under this rule.

This rule does not limit division 2.17.8 (Security for costs).
