5601 Appeals to Court of Appeal—expediting appeals etc
(1)
The Court of Appeal may, at any time, make any order the Court of Appeal considers just to expedite an appeal or application under this part.
(2)
A party wanting leave to appeal under this part may apply to the Court of Appeal for an order that the application for leave to appeal be heard with, or immediately before, the hearing of the appeal, and for any consequential orders.
Note
Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order.
