6143 Rejecting document—registrar to give notice etc
(1)
If the registrar rejects a document under this division—
(a)
the registrar must give notice of the rejection, and of the grounds of the rejection, to the person who filed the document in the court; and
(b)
if the document is filed in paper form—the registrar must return the document and any copies of the document filed with the document; and
(c)
the document is taken not to have been filed.
(2)
Subrule (1) (c) is subject to rule 6145 (Filed documents initially rejected).
