6552 Application—subdiv 6.8.12.2
(1)
This subdivision applies to service of a local judicial document in a Hague Convention country.
(2)
However, this subdivision does not apply if the document is served, without application of any compulsion, by an Australian diplomatic or consular agent mentioned in the Hague Convention, article 8.
