48 Misconduct with regard to corpses
A person who—
(a)
indecently interferes with any dead human body; or
(b)
improperly interferes with, or offers any indignity to, any dead human body or human remains (whether buried or not);
is guilty of an offence punishable, on conviction, by imprisonment for 2 years.
