100 Good behaviour orders—rehabilitation programs—concurrent and consecutive orders
(1)
This section applies if the offender is currently subject to a rehabilitation program condition under a good behaviour order (an existing order).
(2)
If the court makes a further good behaviour order that includes a rehabilitation program condition (a new order), the court may direct that the new order operate concurrently or consecutively, or partly concurrently and partly consecutively, with the existing order.
(3)
However, the new order must not be stated to end later than 3 years after the day the new order is made, irrespective of when the order is to take effect.
